The Lab QMS is designed to help you make sure that no Quality Management activity and no corrective action gets overlooked. For example, in the day-to-day life of a lab, you have many Continuous Improvement indicators that you have to keep on top of. You also need to enforce and demonstrate that you have taken corrective action for any non-conformity, complaints, and other incidents that require action.
Meeting the challenge of tracking QM and corrective action activities

You can even send emails to people who aren’t users – like physicians or nurses or suppliers. Pre-set the times that this notification will be sent out to those people, without human intervention, whether once only, or every week, month or year.
