The Lab QMS Forms Manager comes with many pre-built forms, ready to customize or use as is. Lab Managers will need no technical expertise to customize these forms or create new custom forms from scratch for any purpose, with just a few clicks. Easily create surveys, registration forms, assessment forms, log forms, quizzes, issue log forms and much more – whether you’re a novice or an expert.

The SoftTech Health Online Form Builder saves you time and money on the front end and on the back end. On the front end, you’re enabling your staff to quickly find the form they need – no more searching for the correct paper to fill out, and no need to print, store, and collect paper-based forms. On the back end, you can automate the processing of the forms: once the form has been filled out online, the system will automatically store the results in a secured-access area, in multiple file formats.
