Both training and support options are flexible and customized to your needs. Training Though our clients tell us that the graphical interface and user-friendly design of our products make it easy and fast to learn, we provide complete and expert training to help your staff get the most of the system. Hands-on classroom training, using real-world examples, is provided at your site, either for the system's end users or in a train the trainer format. We provide an extensive training handout to supplement the User Manual Documentation that comes with your system. Flexible Support plans Maintenance and support agreements are predicated on the amount of support you think you'll need, depending on a graduated number of incidents per month. You can change your Support Level at any time should your needs change. Maintenance/Support Agreements also include free upgrades. User-friendly Documentation We’ll provide your organization with hardcopy User Manuals. Every Manual that we produce is professionally written by experienced technical writers - in plain English (or Spanish or French) for the average user. The manuals are comprehensive and cover all features of your system. They include screen shots for clarity, useful tips and hints, and an extensive index for quick reference.
