Flexible forms configuration Each form can consist of multiple question types, from drop-down menus to checkboxes, to large textboxes. For time-sensitive forms, you can set response deadlines, and/or response limits, for example for signup forms for classes with limited enrolment. Back-end processing without coding Collecting the form responses into usable data is as easy as designing the front end. Just check off the response processing options - database, spreadsheet, and/or text files - and SoftTech IMS™ automatically collates and saves the responses for each form in a dedicated file. Form responses can also be emailed to a list of designated recipients. You’ve instantly got a digital copy of all the data- no need to key in hand-written forms.
